Whisker Logic Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Biscuit Byte Games handles information when you use the Whisker Logic mobile game.

Information we collect

Whisker Logic does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information to Biscuit Byte Games. Puzzle progress, preferences, and Cozy Pack ownership are stored locally on your device.

Advertising, analytics, and purchases

The app does not contain advertising or analytics services. Whisker Logic offers an optional, one-time Cozy Pack purchase through Google Play. Google processes the payment under its own privacy policy. The app receives the product identifier, purchase status, and purchase token needed to unlock, acknowledge, and restore the purchase. Biscuit Byte Games does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Third-party services

Distribution and purchases through Google Play may cause Google to process device, download, diagnostic, account, and transaction information under the Google Privacy Policy. Biscuit Byte Games does not operate a player-account or purchase-data server.

Children’s privacy

Whisker Logic does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored game progress and entitlement state remain on the device until the app’s storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Google Play retains purchase records so an owned Cozy Pack can be restored. Biscuit Byte Games does not maintain a separate server-side player record.

This page may be updated when the app’s features or privacy practices change. The effective date above will identify the latest revision.
